Refund policy

  • We do not accept returns during this time.
  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon delivery - we will offer to replace it.
  • Timing: we have a 2-week Exchange Policy since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a replacement, clients should provide proof of purchase.
  • For replacement or refund, please email SadiahYasmeen.shop@gmail.com.
    with the subject ' replacement ' and include your order number, name, and the reason for the replacement.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items.
  • When the reason for replacement or refund is confirmed, the customer will receive a confirmation email notifying the replacement or refund status.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
