If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon delivery - we will offer to replace it.
Timing: we have a 2-week Exchange Policy since the day item was received.
To be eligible for a replacement, clients should provide proof of purchase.
For replacement or refund, please email SadiahYasmeen.shop@gmail.com. with the subject ' replacement ' and include your order number, name, and the reason for the replacement.
Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items.
When the reason for replacement or refund is confirmed, the customer will receive a confirmation email notifying the replacement or refund status.
If the refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
